What happens if my flight is delayed?
We keep an eye on your flight and adjust your pick-up to match, and every airport pick-up comes with an hour’s free waiting. Just let us know your flight number when you book and leave the rest to us.
Do you provide ground transportation to Southampton cruise port?
We do — door-to-door transfers from your home, hotel or airport straight to your Southampton cruise terminal, timed to your boarding window. One fixed price, a hand with the luggage and a driver who knows the port well.
How far ahead should I book?
The earlier the better, especially for early starts and the busy holiday periods, but we’ll always do our best at short notice. Give us a ring to check we’re free.
How many passengers and how much luggage can you take?
We travel in premium quality cars, with room for up to four passengers and luggage to suit. If you’re bringing extra cases, golf clubs or a child seat, just let us know when you book so we can make sure everything fits.
